If you think Durham Law Group, P.C. is like every other personal injury law firm, it’s time to think again. While we do handle personal injury claims across the Southeastern U.S., it’s not the trial or the money we’re after. We’re in it for clients who need an advocate that will listen and take action, as well as guide them through the process to ensure adequate compensation is received. Our goal is to help our clients recover and get their lives back on track. We do this by treating our clients like they are our family, and because of that, we want to take some time to introduce you to our team and welcome you to the Durham Law Group family.
Our team of attorneys consists of owner Bryce Durham, as well as attorneys Stephen Shea, head of our litigation department, and Robert Worrill, an associate at Durham Law Group. Bryce is a graduate of Georgia State Law School, while Stephen is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and Robert is a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law. Collectively, they have over 20 years of experience in personal injury law and each excel at putting our clients first, as well as walking them through each step of the process to make sure clients feel informed and comfortable telling their stories when their cases goes to trial.
Our team wouldn’t be complete without our knowledgeable and experienced paralegals: Phyllis Minter, Ife Morrison, and Nayeli Quezada-Kuser. Phyllis is our senior paralegal and with over 30 years of experience she is an excellent resource for new paralegals when it comes to developing their legal and negotiation skills. Our pre litigation paralegal, Ife, has over 10 years of combined experience in personal injury and real estate law. Ife credits the discipline and work ethic she brings to the team to her time serving in the U.S. Army. Nayeli, who fills the roles of paralegal and legal assistant, has been a paralegal since 2006. Her fluency in Spanish is a great asset to our firm, as it helps us assist clients for whom English is not their first language.
Outside of the office, our team members are involved in a number of legal organizations, as well as other organizations throughout the community. All of our team members are members of the Georgia Bar and participate in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association in various capacities. Nayeli also participates with the Gate City Bar Association’s Paralegal Sections. In addition, Durham Law Group hosts various legal seminars and also works with Emory’s moot court program, which allows us to help build up the next generation of personal injury attorneys. Our team members also contribute to the community through their various civic organizations, churches, and other similar groups.
